Welcome to the Heaven Lab! We are an experimental physical chemistry group motivated by a deeper understanding of chemical bonding. We employ many different gas-phase spectroscopic techniques to characterize chemical systems that have unique bonding properties, as well as theoretically predicting those properties through ab initio calculations. We are led by Dr. Michael Heaven, and are located at Emory University, Atlanta, GA.
